For the first time, a samurai camp will take place in Sri Lanka from 24 to 26 May 2024. However, this is not the first samurai camp abroad. The first samurai camp was held in Kenya back in 1990. At the Samurai Camp, the Japanese martial art Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido will be offered in a training camp. Fabian Birkle, 2nd Dan from Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido Limburgerhof e.V. will be one of the speakers. Interested parties from Germany are welcome to attend the Samurai Camp 2024 in Sri Lanka. There are already Tatsu-Ryu-Bushido groups in Sri Lanka that have been visited for some time or are being trained as hybrid online trainings. Everyone organises their own journey and duration of the trip. The first groups will be accommodated at the Royal Palms Beach Hotel in Kalutara from 17 May 2024. The TUI Travel Centre Limburgerhof will be happy to assist with the booking! If you can’t be there live, you can watch the live broadcast in the Carl-Bosch-Halle Limburgerhof on 26 May 2024. In total, over 25 Samurai Camps have already been organised as camps or abroad.
