MMA
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a combat sport that combines elements of various martial arts disciplines. In MMA, athletes use a combination of striking and grappling techniques, incorporating skills from disciplines such as Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, boxing, wrestling, and others. The goal is to defeat the opponent through KOs, TKOs, and submissions.
